RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Changes made with less than 24 hours' notice may forfeit the deposit.
LATE ARRIVALS
A 10-minute grace period is offered. Arriving later than 10 minutes may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule, and the deposit may be forfeited.
NO-SHOWS
Missed appointments without notice forfeit the deposit, and a new deposit is required to book again.
GUESTS & CHILDREN
To keep the space calm and relaxing for everyone, please come alone unless a guest is necessary for accessibility or translation.
HEALTH & CONTRAINDICATIONS
Please disclose pregnancy, recent surgery, medications, allergies, and any medical conditions when booking. Some treatments require your physician's clearance, and services may be adjusted or declined for your safety.
